【卸任致詞】邱錦榮所長離別贈言

個人自2015年夏季就任所長以來，有幸與諸位在不同場所相遇，並肩同工，謹以此函向同仁、學生以及ICLP的好友們辭別。

執掌ICLP帶給我一個鳥瞰華語教學事業的全新視野，我深切感受這是一個日新月異、競爭激烈的領域。我與行政團隊、教師團隊和國際合作項目的伙伴共同面對並且迎接挑戰。擔任主管的每一日我都有新知收穫，回顧過去三年，點滴在心，我滿懷感激。

此刻我決定回到臺灣大學文學院教授的本職，全時全力研究與教學。我非常欣慰高維泓教授，過去的副所長，願意接任所長一職，這是我留給ICLP最寶貴的禮物。

感謝各位長久的信任與支持，我深信ICLP歷經五十六年經驗傳承的教學模式必會引領更多國際友人前來研習華語文。鞠躬謝幕之際，懇請您繼續支持維泓與ICLP。ICLP永不落幕！

Farewell Message from Director Chin-jung Chiu

I write here to bid farewell to my colleagues, students, and friends of ICLP whom I have been delighted to meet and work with since taking over as Director in August 2015.

I recognize that being the Director of an institute devoted to teaching Chinese as a second language has given me an unparalleled view of a field always on the move. I have been honored to work alongside a great team of staff, teachers, and partners abroad who have worked with us to respond to the challenges that ICLP has faced over the years. Each day as Director has taught me something new or something I would not have learned otherwise. I look back on the past three years with gratitude and nostalgia.

It feels evident to me, however, that the moment has arrived for me to return to my post as professor of the College of Liberal Arts and give full attention to my research and teaching. I shall happily turn the leadership of ICLP over to Professor Weihung Kao, who has ably assisted me as Deputy Director since 2015.

I am tremendously grateful to all of you for your unfailing support. I have confidence that the strength of ICLP pedagogy will continue to serve Chinese learners worldwide in the years to come. With a deep curtsy, I humbly thank you and beg you to continue to support Weihung and ICLP. The best is yet to come.
